The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said:
‘I and the one who sponsors an orphan shall be in Paradise like these two’ — and he raised his index finger and the one next to it, holding them together, barely separate”
(Bukhari, No. 5304).
Narrated by Abu Huraira: The Prophet (ﷺ) said:
“The one who looks after a widow or a poor person is like a Mujahid (warrior) who fights for Allah’s Cause, or like him who performs prayers all the night and fasts all the day.”
(Sahih Bukhari, Book 64, Hadith 265)
